tough choice.... in making choices, u'll always have to make sacrifice, have uncertainty, and just pray and hope what you chose is what is best for u....
and i've jus made one a few minutes ago... graduate trainee program vs operations... of course, without a doubt, i believe most people would say, 'wow, grad trainee lehz! of course this one la! who will want to stay in ops?', or rather, 'if u choose ops, u'll be stuck there'.... i know i know, all these i know, that's why i think it's a real tough decision to make over here.... many advice and comment given by friends and family.. different opinions, some chose this some chose that... i dun deny that grad trainee is really very tempting.. cos after all, that position, only that few people can get in per bank, if it offers one.... but but.... one reason being i just started my first day yst, and also, the country the company originated from.. salary package and many many more.... i feel it's a risk i'm taking here.... but yes people, i chose to stay in operations... but still, i have that very very big hope that i will get to jump to other areas in future... or advance from my current company.. i believe wherever i choose to go, i'll get the knowledge and experience... pls prove to me that i've made the right choice.....
